Extended Absence Form

Prior notification is required for trips/absences of 3 or more school days. Please recognize that there is no substitute for in-person instruction. Students will be given the opportunity to makeup missed work and access missed instruction upon return to school. No school work will be provided ahead of the absence. During absences, students are encouraged to read nightly, work with online programs if technology is available (not provided by the school), and (if desired)to write or draw about their experiences while away.
